What areas receive same-day flower delivery in Sydney?

Same-day flower delivery is available across many Sydney suburbs Monday to Saturday when ordered before 12.30pm AEST.

Fresh flowers are delivered within Sydney NSW, with next-day delivery automatically scheduled for orders placed after the cutoff time.

Service excludes public holidays to maintain flower freshness and quality.

What is the flower ordering process in Sydney?

Sydney flower orders receive immediate email confirmation followed by professional florist processing.

Local courier delivery operates between 8am-5pm with photo confirmation upon completion.

Pick-up orders are prepared for collection at specified times with confirmation of readiness provided.

We do our best to accomodate for any preferences where realistically possible, and will contact you if there is an issue.

Will the flowers I order look like the photos?

Flower arrangements shown in photos serve as colour and textural inspiration, with seasonal variations affecting specific flower availability throughout the year.

Our team of professional florists select premium and seasonal blooms that match the intended design aesthetic, while adapting to seasonal quality and availability. If there is a particular photo or flower in a photo that you love, please let us know when adding to cart. We do our best to cater for preferences, and will inform you prior to designing if a specific request is not possible.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your recipient isn't happy with their flowers, we'll do our best to make sure the issue is resolved.

How do you ensure the flowers will survive a delivery?

Fresh flower deliveries use biodegradable water pouches that keep stems hydrated throughout transit, with water levels carefully adjusted for delivery distance and flower type.

Bouquets are transported upright to maintain optimal hydration, and each arrangement includes a Delivery Care Card for recipients.

What happens if no one is home for the delivery?

Flower deliveries continue safely even when recipients aren't home, with secure placement procedures for different locations.

For houses, arrangements are placed in shaded, protected areas near entrances. For apartments, our team attempts to find a secure, safe indoor location.

Recipients will be notified if flowers have been left at their door or building, unless directed otherwise.

In the absolute worst case scenario, a re-attempt of delivery will be organised at an additional fee for a subsequent date or time. We will always contact you if this is the case.
