Yes - we regularly deliver Mother's Day flowers to nursing homes, retirement villages, hospitals and aged care facilities across Sydney's Lower North Shore and beyond.

At checkout please include the full facility name, ward or room number, and a recipient phone number so our couriers can hand deliver Mum's Mother's Day bouquet directly. When should I order flowers for Mother's Day?

We always recommend ordering your Mother's Day flowers as early as possible - ideally 1–2 weeks in advance. It helps secure your preferred design and ensures delivery slots before they fill up.

Mother's Day week is THE busiest period of the year, so while we do offer very limited same-day delivery, it’s best to pre-order to avoid missing out.
Could I pre-order for Mother's Day and pick it up on the day or the day or two before?

Yes! If you'd like the organise for a pick up, please make a note of your preferred approximate time window when adding to cart, so we can ensure we have your flowers and/or gifts ready for you to collect upon arrival.

Mother's Day pick up orders are from our flower shop, located at 395 Sailors Bay Rd Northbridge NSW 2063 at Bond's Corner (near Northbridge Golf Club). All the surrounding streets have unlimited free parking, with a nearby bus stop direct to/from the Sydney CBD.

Do you deliver on Mother’s Day Sunday?

Yes 100% - we open and deliver on Mother’s Day Sunday with set runs across Sydney. We can’t promise exact times due to volume.
Will the flowers I order look like the photos?

The photos online are for colour & textural inspiration - with flowers being seasonal, exact varieties will vary based on its availability and quality throughout the year. We strive our best to substitute for something similar to what you see in the photos at different times of the year. If there's a particular photo or flower in a photo that you love, please let us know when adding to cart. We ALWAYS do our best to cater for preferences, and will inform you prior to designing if a request is not possible.

We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your recipient isn't happy with their flowers, we'll do our best to make sure the issue is resolved.
How do you ensure the flowers will survive a delivery?

For all deliveries, we wrap the stems of the bouquet in a water pouch that is biodegradable and simple to remove upon delivery. The level of water in the pouch varies with the distance and types of flowers. This helps the flowers keep fresh in transit as much as possible. We keep bouquets upright during delivery to ensure the stems continue drinking throughout.

Each bouquet comes with a Flower Care Card which details instructions to the recipient on how to take care of their flowers after unwrapping.
What happens if no one is home for the delivery?

This is a very common delivery scenario. Typically there is a safe place to leave the flowers.

If it's a house, we find a shaded spot undercover near the front door or similar.

If an apartment, either at the lobby or we try to buzz a neighbouring unit, to enable us to leave the flowers inside the secure building or at the unit's door.

We usually attempt to contact the recipient to let them know that something has been delivered (unless directed otherwise).

In the absolute worst case scenario, a re-attempt of delivery will be organised at an additional fee for a subsequent date or time. We will always contact you if this is the case.
