Flower Ordering FAQs
Where do you deliver flowers?
We offer same day delivery for many Sydney suburbs from Monday to Sunday, for orders placed by 12pm AEST. We are closed on public holidays.
For orders placed after the cut off time, they will be delivered the next available delivery day.
With fresh, perishable flowers and a focus on quality, we service flower delivery to within Sydney NSW.
What happens after I place an order online for flowers?
You will receive an email confirmation of your flower order.
If you selected to pick up the flowers and specified a date and approximate time period during checkout, we will have your flowers designed and ready to be picked up on the specified date. If we are missing details from you, we will contact you to confirm your pick up.
If you selected local courier delivery, your flowers will be transported from our shop in Northbridge to the delivery location by either someone on our team or one of our trusted courier partners. Delivery occurs usually between 8am - 5pm. If you have a preferred time window or cutoff, you can let us know upon checkout. We do our best to accomodate for any preferences where realistically possible, and will contact you if there is an issue.
After a delivery has been completed, we will notify you usually via SMS or email if overseas, along with a photo of the bouquet we designed.
Will the flowers I order look like the photos?
The photos online are for colour & textural inspiration - with flowers being seasonal, exact varieties will vary based on its availability and quality throughout the year. We strive our best to substitute for something similar to what you see in the photos at different times of the year. If there's a particular photo or flower in a photo that you love, please let us know when adding to cart. We ALWAYS do our best to cater for preferences, and will inform you prior to designing if a request is not possible.
We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your recipient isn't happy with their flowers, we'll do our best to make sure the issue is resolved.
How do you ensure the flowers will survive a delivery?
For all deliveries, we wrap the stems of the bouquet in a water pouch that is biodegradable and simple to remove upon delivery. The level of water in the pouch varies with the distance and types of flowers. This helps the flowers keep fresh in transit as much as possible. We keep bouquets upright during delivery to ensure the stems continue drinking throughout.
Each bouquet comes with a Flower Care Card which details instructions to the recipient on how to take care of their flowers after unwrapping.
What happens if no one is home for the delivery?
This is a very common delivery scenario. Typically there is a safe place to leave the flowers.
If it's a house, we find a shaded spot undercover near the front door or similar.
If an apartment, either at the lobby or we try to buzz a neighbouring unit, to enable us to leave the flowers inside the secure building or at the unit's door.
We usually attempt to contact the recipient to let them know that something has been delivered (unless directed otherwise).
In the absolute worst case scenario, a re-attempt of delivery will be organised at an additional fee for a subsequent date or time. We will always contact you if this is the case.
