What is the process for ordering flowers for my private event?
Enquire early. Simply get in touch with us about your event date, timings, venue and a few ideas you love.
Custom quotation. Once we've received your initial email enquiry, we will be in touch with any follow up questions before creating a bespoke quote for you. Once you're happy with it, we send over an invoice for either a deposit or full payment (depending on how soon the event is).
Design & production. Once approved, our team handles everything from flower ordering to on‑site installation and pack‑down if that is required at your venue. You can relax knowing your event flowers are in expert hands.

What types of event flowers can you provide flowers for?
We design floral arrangements for all types of private event functions and celebrations.
This can include birthday parties, kids parties, surprise engagements and proposals, christenings, baby showers, anniversary celebrations, graduation parties, housewarming parties, memorial services, holiday and christmas celebrations, and cultural and religious holidays.
We also specialise in wedding flowers and corporate event flowers and installations, and corporate flower delivery and office floral subscriptions.
If you're just wanting something simpler like ordering a gift bouquet for delivery to celebrate a special occasion, you can order flowers online.
How far in advance do I need to order flowers for my event?
Ideally at least a couple of week's notice, however we know sometimes time flies by and the week is here before you know it! We can usually still accomodate for last minute custom events if available, but recommend you get in touch as soon as possible.
Certain flowers and colours often need to be ordered ahead of time, particularly during the busier event and wedding seasons of Feb-May and Sep-Dec.
Which areas do you service in Sydney?
We’re based on Sydney’s North Shore and regularly create event flowers for clients across the metropolitan regions, such as Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and beyond.
We area also able to travel further in NSW and beyond. If you’re planning an event outside these areas, please get in touch - our reach is flexible.
