Yuzu Honey by Rooftop Bees

Decadent and locally made Yuzu Honey 280g by North Shore-based small business Rooftop Bees! The honey is made in small batches by infusing raw local honey with Australian-grown Yuzu zest and juice, sourced from Mountain Yuzu in Victoria.

The whole yuzu fruit is cold pressed, passing on all the flavour characteristics of this unique fruit - sweet, sour and bitter. Fragrant ancient citrus from Asia, yuzu has unique aromatics, being a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit.

It's a delicious twist to regular honey, with the yuzu fruit being full of vitamin C and rich in antioxidants. Not suitable for infants under 12 months. We also recommend trying out the regular Raw Honey by Rooftop Bees!
