Calling all toffee lovers! Ms Peacock's salted toffee almonds are the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
The almonds are sourced from a farmer in South Australia, they’re pesticide free, un-pasteurised and non-fumigated. They're sorted, roasted and then candied before being coated in layer upon layer of lightly salted caramel milk chocolate. Umami explosion!
Polished without the use of shellac and with the added magic of bronze fairy dust! (Here’s an eye opener – many of the confections you’re used to eating will contain confectioner’s polish or ‘904’, which is shellac!). 175g.
