A taste of Japanese citrus meets Sydney bees. Yuzu is an ancient citrus fruit with delicate mandarin, lime and bergamot notes. To craft this small‑batch honey, Rooftop Bees harvest raw Australian honey from hives on Sydney’s North Shore and infuse it with freshly peeled yuzu zest and cold‑pressed juice from fruit grown in the Ovens Valley in Victoria. The result is an award‑winning honey (Gold Medal, Sydney Fine Food Show 2024) bursting with vitamin C and antioxidants.

Drizzle it over cheeses, yogurt or pancakes, stir it into cocktails or tea, or enjoy straight from the spoon. This 280 g jar is the perfect gourmet add‑on to accompany flowers or to include in a gift hamper.
