Jackie & Mathew wanted a contemporary and refined palette with sophisticated neutral colours complemented by a splash of deep burgundy and lush green foliage for depth for their wedding at Sergeants Mess, Chowder Bay. For their ceremony by the picturesque amphitheatre at Sergeants Mess (which we're a partner vendor of), we created asymmetric floral clusters on our signature white arch, which was then repurposed behind the bridal table for the indoor reception.
The design highlight for the reception was a big floral ceiling installation positioned across from the chandeliers, accompanied by dazzling fairy lights by Wedding Styling Sydney. There was no shortage of florals throughout the space from the welcome area which was adorned in clusters and candles to lead all guests, to floral designs for the wishing table and cake, floral clusters that sprawled across the bride table and a combination of tall and low guest table arrangements.
We additionally sourced personalised seating charts, welcome signage, minimalist place cards and printed menus which all perfectly fit within the theming. Florals on the day included dahlias, carnations, tulips, amaranthus, phalaenopsis orchids, snap dragons, roses, ruscus, hydrangeas, delphinium, jasmine & weeping magnolia.
