How far ahead should I order my wedding flowers?
We recommend ordering at least a week prior to your wedding date at minimum. Ideally at least a few weeks, as this gives us comfortable time to source and order from our growers and wholesalers, in order to nail your colour palette and any special requests.
Can I request for specific flowers or colours in my wedding order?
Yes! After your order has been confirmed online, we will be in touch with you via email to finalise details. This will include any specific requests, such as tailoring your palette to match bridesmaids' dresses, suits or otherwise.
You're also welcome to directly email us team@limetreebower.com to let us know after you've ordered.
What if I need to change my order after booking?
We understand weddings evolve - this is completely normal and happens all the time!
We can accomodate for minor changes, usually up to a week or so prior. If you're unsure, please contact us directly for any adjustments or questions via team@limetreebower.com
Will my wedding flowers look exactly like the photos?
We are known for our bespoke designed floral designs. This means no two bouquets will ever be exactly identical. As designers, we work with themes and styles to inspire our work, enabling us to create unique designs that match the vibe and feeling of what your wedding aesthetic.
Our colour palettes and photes show the style and theme, not exact flowers, as we select the freshest, highest-quality seasonal blooms available.
If there is a particular photo or flower in a photo that you love, please let us know afterwards when we contact you to confirm your wedding flowers. We do our best to cater for preferences, and will inform you if a specific request is not realistically possible.
Do you offer packages or bundles for wedding flowers?
Yes, we offer custom packages tailored to you, based on your wedding style and size.
We have our premium wedding floral design service which includes ceremony and reception floral, full bump in and bump out service.
Alternatively, we also provide small wedding flowers for couples looking for a more intimate, small wedding or elopement.
Where can you deliver wedding flowers to?
We can deliver your wedding flowers to where you'll be getting ready. This includes all areas of Sydney, including the Sydney CBD, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Western Suburbs and beyond.
We can also deliver outside of Sydney, such as the Southern Highlands, Newcastle, Blue Mountains etc, for a premium delivery fee.
If you and your partner are getting ready in two separate locations, we can separate the flowers accordingly to deliver to both on the same day.
How do you deliver the wedding flowers to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged?
Wedding flower delivery is a packing artform! With many years of experience up our belts, we have packed our fair share of wedding flowers for delivery across Sydney and beyond.
Bouquets and designs that can be placed in water, will be packaged upright and in a way to ensure they continue drinking en route. Dainty, smaller designs such as buttonholes and corsages are made with flowers chosen specifically in mind to ensure longevity without a water source, as much as possible.
Our team delivers and packs all our wedding flowers in a way to ensure safe transit and presentation upon arrival.
It's my first time shopping with you - how do I know if you're a reliable florist?
We're a small, locally-owned Sydney florist (not a franchise or order gatherer like Interflora). Every arrangement is designed and made in-house by our team of professional florists - so you get consistent quality and real attention to detail.
