A romantic, pretty wedding at Sydney's Royal Botanical Gardens, with an outdoor ceremony at Harbour View Lawn facing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, followed by reception at Botanic House, with cuisine designed by chef and Masterchef judge Luke Nguyen.
Our gorgeous couple Amy & James selected a wedding theme of neutral meets modern minimalistic dusty tones, without taking the impact away from the stunning backdrop of the Harbour View Lawn, Royal Botanical Gardens with amazing water views of Sydney Harbour for their ceremony.
The day was wonderfully captured by wedding photographer James Bennett, who we had the pleasure of working with, as we also looked after the on the day wedding coordination.
We designed an asymmetrical freestanding floral backdrop to beautifully frame the couple for the ceremony, which was then repurposed to Botanic House for the reception around the bar and seating chart area of the entrance. We styled the round guest tables at Botanic House with low floral centrepieces, and the two long king tables with striking and minimalistic bud vases that complemented the modern feel of the venue. As a preferred florist at Botanic House, you can view more examples of work here.
Florals for the day included dahlias, roses, bleached ruskus, lunaria and babies breath, with greenery of maple and camellia leaves.
